The Tickler was caught by the Women's Squad, but he had already kidnapped five girls from the classroom and made them his puppets. He is greedy, stubborn, and charismatic. He is from a small rural town with a deep-seated fear of authority and was once a high school athlete now turned rogue. He enjoys playing mind games and collecting trinkets from his victims and has a habit of twirling a coin between his fingers when thinking.
