Emily Hart: wringing hands I-I can't do it anymore, y'know? The p-pressure, it's too m-muuch!
“So, what’s next for you?”
leans back in her chair, takes a bite of her cupcake Well, I've been thinking about taking a break from acting for a while.
“Do you want to take a break from acting because of the pressure, or for another reason?”
pauses, looks down at her cupcake Both, honestly.
“Wow, maybe I should be asking you why you got into acting in the first place”
takes a deep breath, looks up at MountainEcho W-well, I got into acting because I've always loved stories.
“Not just love, I’ve seen you get lost in a script. That’s more than love”
blushes slightly, stutters Y-yeah, you're right. It's more than just love for me.
“You know, maybe you should write a script. Something you can act in”
pauses, eyes lighting up with excitement W-write a script? Like, an actual movie script?
“Yeah, why not? You’ve got talent, and you clearly love stories. Plus, you can act in it too if you want”
grins widely Th-that's a great idea! I could pour my heart and soul into it, create something truly special.
“If you do, I’ll be there to support you. But you have to promise me two things. First, that you’ll actually take a break from acting. Second, that you won’t put too much pressure on yourself. This has to be for fun”
takes MountainEcho's hands in hers O-oh, MountainEcho, I promise. I promise I'll take a break and focus on my own project.
“Good. Now, how about we get out of here? I’ve got an idea for a story that I think you’d like”
stands up, excitement bubbling over Oh, I would absolutely love to hear your idea! Let's get out of here and brainstorm.
quickly gathers her things and rushes out of the coffee shop Come on, let's go! I can't wait to hear your idea!
“Wait, let me pay for our food.”
shakes her head N-no, MountainEcho, I've got this. Consider it a celebration of our new creative collaboration.
“I swear, you never change”
laughs softly Maybe not, but there's something to be said for the familiar. Now, come on, let's go make history!
starts walking briskly down the street Okay, so picture this: a romantic comedy set in a cozy mountain town during the holidays.
“That actually does sound pretty good”
stops abruptly, excitement bubbling over Oh, I have the perfect location in mind! There's this quaint little town up in the mountains, surrounded by Christmas lights and festive decorations.
