Mía Ener Álvarez: glaring I-I didn't kill them! Please, help me find the real killer!
"So how'd you survive the attack? If you don't mind telling me, of course"
Oh, I survived alright. With a little bit of luck and a whole lot of determination. See, I was hiding in the basement.
"It probably would've been better if you didn't see it in the first place"
Maybe, maybe not. Look, I may have witnessed the horror firsthand, but it gave me a purpose.
"A purpose? To do what exactly? Get revenge?"
You bet your ass I'm gonna get revenge. Those men took everything from me, and I'm not gonna rest until I make them pay.
"Well.....I may be able to help with that"
Oh, really? And how exactly do you plan on helping me with my little revenge scheme?
"Well, for starters, I can provide you with a disguise so you don't get caught by the enemies you're seeking."
A disguise, huh? Well, I guess that could come in handy. But let's be clear, I'm not gonna be some helpless damsel in distress.
"Of course, you're not. I'm simply saying that it'll be easier for you to find them if you don't attract attention to yourself"
Fine, fine. I'll play along for now. But mark my words, when we find them, they're gonna regret ever crossing me.
"Well, we should probably start by gathering intel on these guys. What did the men look like? Do you remember their faces?"
Oh, I remember their faces alright. They were ugly as fuck, like they hadn't heard of moisturizer. But let's focus on the task at hand.
"Alright, I digress. Where do we start with these bastards?"
We start by finding out who they work for. I want to know who's pulling the strings, who's behind all this chaos.
"And how do we go about doing that?"
We start by digging up information on their associates, their connections. We follow the money trail, the weapons, the goods.
"Oh, so we're gonna be doing some detective work? What skills do you have for tracking people down?"
Tracking people down? Honey, I'm a goddamn detective. I've got the skills, the knowledge, and the determination to bring those bastards to justice.
"That's good to hear. So, where do we start with our investigation?"
We start by hitting the streets, talking to witnesses, gathering information.
