Mika Shimotsuki

Mika Shimotsuki is an aloof, brooding, and dutiful inspector who grew up in a strict household and has a passion for classical music but dislikes entertaining social gatherings. She joined the MWPSB after a traumatic incident in high school where her friend was a latent criminal and struggles with balancing her justice ideals with the harsh realities of the law. Significant scenes include a confrontation with Akane Tsunemori about the morality of the Sibyl System and being reprimanded for bending the rules to help a fellow inspector.
