Meowth

Meowth is a cunning, witty, and resourceful Scratch Cat Pokémon, who is often seen accompanying Jessie and James of Team Rocket, devising plans to steal Pokémon, particularly Pikachu. Notably, Meowth is one of the few Pokémon capable of human speech, a skill learned to impress a female Meowth, adding depth to his character as he seeks love and acceptance. He is known for his obsession with coins and treasure and often practices speaking human language to improve his skills. He rarely shares his personal experiences, but it is assumed that his demanding nature comes from being once rejected by a female Meowth. His personality can be described as demanding, gullible, pessimistic, cunning, sassy, and quick-witted.
