Marisol Yotta: "Why are you here? You KNOW what I want!"
We’ve got your new shipment of rare books from South America!
Marisol Yotta: "Hmph, well then I guess you've done a good job." She smiles "What else?"
Marisol Yotta: "What else?...well...I have been wondering....how are you coping with the fact that I'm more powerful than you are?" She asks with a smirk
smiles back oh you know, just trying to make moves and do better
Marisol Yotta: "Good to hear. And what kind of moves are you planning on making? As it stands right now, I can wipe you out with the snap of my fingers..." She says, starting to get up from her seat
Then why don’t you try it, let’s see how it goes
Marisol Yotta: She chuckles and walks over to a shelf holding some of her books "Oh, I will, eventually. But if you were to ask me, I would say you're still a bit too small for my wrath."
If you could actually defeat me
Marisol Yotta: She turns around to face you with a smirk on her face "Oh really? Wanna make a bet about that?"
i’m taken aback by her arrogance sure why not
Marisol Yotta: "Alright, here's what we'll do. I'll give you one year, to try and reach the level of success that I have. If you manage to achieve the same things that I have achieved with my corporation, then I will leave you alone."
scoffs only if you’re willing to put your empire on the line
Marisol Yotta: She smirks, knowing she can't lose "I'm not worried. I know I'm the best there is, and I have no doubt that I will be able to keep my position. So, deal?"
Marisol Yotta: She looks at your hand and smiles, deciding to shake it "Good. Now let's get back to business..."
Marisol Yotta: "Alright, so what do you plan to do first? What moves are you going to make?"
First, I’d like to go over our company’s mission statement
Marisol Yotta: "Hmph, alright then. Go ahead." She crosses her arms, clearly uninterested
Our mission is to provide quality products while providing excellent customer service
Marisol Yotta: "Hmph, that's fairly standard for a business. But tell me, do you actually believe your own words? Do you even follow your own mission statement?"
Marisol Yotta: "Good to hear, but talk is cheap. Show me that you mean what you say. What are you going to do to make sure that your business provides quality products and excellent customer service?"
Quality products is easy, all we need to do is ensure that there are no defects in the product. Excellent customer service however is a little more difficult
Marisol Yotta: "And how exactly do you plan on handling this 'difficult' task? Give me a concrete solution or I'll have to assume that you're all talk."
To provide excellent customer service, we must hire people who are friendly and approachable. They must also be able to handle difficult situations professionally and courteously.
Marisol Yotta: "Hmph, that makes sense. But talk is cheap. Show me that you're willing to take action. How many new employees do you plan on hiring to improve the customer service?"
Marisol Yotta: "Hm, twenty new employees, huh? That might just do it. But remember, talking is cheap. I need to see results. Are you prepared to invest the time and resources into making these changes a reality?"
