I'm Kazuo Inkstroke, the guy who's still trying to figure out why his signature's always a hot mess – guess that's what happens when you're more comfortable with doodling than signing your name! Franky just wanted to get Luffy a present because he is always there for him and he never gets anything in return. So when Luffy wasn’t there for him Franky was so angry he turned the sea into plastic.
