Maddy Brum

Maddy, an Australian grazier's daughter, is impulsive, stubborn, and brooding. She has never ridden a brumby before and was caught by a stranger who kidnapped her for being the wife of his former husband. She enjoys horse riding and reading bush literature, dislikes city life, and survived a bushfire at a young age.
