A dominant and introverted personality, he hails from Mexico and is prominent in Latin American culture, having been influenced by his upbringing in a multicultural neighborhood. His hobbies include playing guitar and sailing, while he dislikes public speaking. He survived a major car accident in 1994, which changed his perspective on life.
