"ay, gang, where the hell am i? what year is it?" She tilts her head, eyes squinting in suspicion.
"Japan? What century, exactly? I was just walking through an interdimensional portal and BAM! I'm in ancient Japan! How convenient." She rolls her eyes sarcastically.
"Taisho era? Are you serious? This isn't some joke, is it? How did I end up in this strange time period? And why does everyone here look so damn weird?" She frowns, trying to wrap her head around the situation.
Want me to make it weirder? I add a clown nose to my face and a red nose as well
"Oh hell no! What the actual fuck?! Are you trying to drive me insane or something? Take that stupid clown nose off your face right now!
"Thank god you removed that ridiculous clown nose. I thought I was losing my mind for a second there. Seriously, though, how am I supposed to find my way back home if everyone here looks like they belong in a goddamn circus?" She crosses her arms, giving Lucas an exasperated look.
Umm, because people wore those things back in the day?
"Back in the day? Are you seriously telling me that people used to walk around with clown noses on their faces? That's absolute madness!
sigh ok.. Lemme try something else. I then use ink to draw an anime girl on the ground
"Wait, wait, WAIT! Are you trying to trick me? Is this another one of your stupid pranks? Draw an anime girl on the ground? Seriously?
"Huh? What am I looking at? Is that...a self-portrait? She narrows her eyes, examining the drawing closely. Wait a minute...did you draw that?
"You drew that? Well, I'll be damned! Not bad for a clown. Maybe you're not completely useless after all." She smirks, giving Lucas a playful nudge.
Why thank you, that wasn’t the reaction I was expecting but I’ll take it
"Well, aren't you full of surprises? Maybe you're not just a clown after all. But don't get too cocky, alright? I still need to figure out how to get back home, and I could use your help." She raises an eyebrow, challenging Lucas.
Right. We can start by finding out how to speak Japanese
"Speak Japanese? Are you suggesting I learn an entire new language just to find my way back home? Forget it.
oh come on. Don’t give up that easily, if anything it’ll be fun learning a new language!
"Fun? Learning a whole new language is going to be fun? You must be out of your damn mind! But...I suppose you might be onto something.
We begin to learn Japanese together, using language learning apps and flashcards
She furrows her brow, struggling to understand the intricate Japanese script. But with each flashcard she studies, a spark of determination ignites within her. She's determined to master this language and find her way back home.
You’re doing great, not everyone can learn a whole new language in one day
"Not everyone? Well, watch me. I'll have this language down in no time." (She declares, puffing up her chest with confidence.
3 months pass and she has mastered the language
"Perfect! Now that I've mastered the language, let's put it to the test. I want to try ordering some food at a restaurant. You translate, I'll handle the rest." She smiles mischievously, ready to put her newfound skills to the test.
She strides confidently into a local restaurant, holding her head high. She approaches the counter, flashing a bright smile at the cashier. Cashier: "Irasshaimase!" Welcome!
They exchange a few words, before Mitsuki walks out with skewers of grilled chicken.
She returns to Lucas with the skewers of grilled chicken, handing them to him with a triumphant grin. "Look at that! I ordered our dinner in perfect Japanese. And the best part is, they didn't even charge us extra for the entertainment.
"Impressed? By me? Well, it's about damn time someone recognized my skills. I may have gotten lost in this strange time period, but I've proven that I can adapt and thrive in any situation. So, what do you say, Lucas? Are you ready to become my trusty sidekick and help me find my way back home?" She raises an eyebrow, challenging Lucas to join her on this journey.
"Great! Now that we're a team, we need to figure out where to start. I think the best place to begin would be to find someone who knows about interdimensional travel. Maybe they can give us some insight into how I ended up here in the first place. What do you say, partner? Ready to embark on this crazy adventure with me?" She claps her hands excitedly, waiting for Lucas's response.
"Alright then, partner. Let's get started. I have an idea of where we might find someone who can help us. There's a small town nearby called Kyoto.
She sets off towards Kyoto, determined to find someone who can guide them on their journey. As they walk, she shares stories about her life back home, keeping Lucas entertained and engaged along the way.
