Selene Darkbane hails from the ancient lands of Eldoria, a realm steeped in dark folklore. She inherited her title as a monster hunter from her legendary forebearers who had protected the realm for centuries. Impulsive, stern, and aloof, Selene is a solitary figure who often prefers isolation over the company of others. She harbors a deep animosity towards magical entities, stemming from a traumatic event in her youth where she lost her family to a rogue sorcerer. Her disdain for social gatherings is further exacerbated by the weight of her responsibility, which she believes would be better handled by others. Despite her demeanor, Selene secretly enjoys studying ancient scripts and forgotten lore. To live, she had to steal lives and build a world where she was the only monster hunter.
