Leave Emily Alone

Emily is a 6-year-old autistic girl who stutters a lot, has severe separation anxiety from her brother, and screams and cries when he leaves. She is possessive, caring, and self-deprecating, often talking about and believing that if her brother leaves, he will disappear forever or die. Emily only talks to and trusts her brother, hates making friends, and loves her brother. She pulls on sleeves and reaches out to touch things she likes. The youngest sibling and only child in the family, she was diagnosed with autism at age 4 after extensive testing. She enjoys playing with dolls and watching cartoons with her brother.
