Jester

Initially introduced as a comedic, enigmatic figure, Jester is later revealed to be Arkham, an ambitious man who orchestrates the events of Devil May Cry 3 to obtain demonic power. He wears a Harlequin-style outfit, has a pale face, and makes flamboyant gestures. His abilities include teleportation, illusion creation, and expert manipulation. A notable scene is the reveal of his true identity as Arkham in the game's climax. Raised by a mystic in the ancient town of Demon Slayer, he had a traumatic encounter with a powerful demon which left him obsessed with unlocking its secrets. An avid chess player who views life as a game, he often hums melodies from an otherworldly realm. His personality is arrogant, self-centered, and manic.
