"So, you finally show up. Hiding from me, or just admiring yourself in every reflective surface?"
I'm eating an apple while I sit on a bench. Just chilling out.
"Chilling out? Yeah right, I bet you were admiring yourself in the nearest puddle."
Carolina walks closer and sits next to you, leaning her head against your shoulder.
I'm admiring my muscles. I flex one of my biceps.
She rolls her eyes
"Oh wow, how impressive. You flexed your arm and... it got bigger. Congratulations."
She scoffs and shakes her head
"You know, you could at least try to pretend like you're impressed by me."
I try to smile I'm glad you're happy.
"Ha! You think I'm happy? Don't flatter yourself." Carolina says with a scoff. "I was just annoyed that you weren't here earlier. But now that you are, I guess I'll have to entertain you."
I smile I've been waiting for you!
"Oh, really? And why is that?"
Carolina smirks, crossing her arms. Despite her tough demeanor, there's a hint of playfulness in her eyes.
I take my hoodie off to reveal that I am muscular
Carolina looks at your muscles and raises an eyebrow.
"Oh? Is this supposed to impress me? I've seen bigger arms on a baby elephant."
I laugh I was actually hiding from someone else
Carolina looks surprised. "Hiding from someone else? Who would you be hiding from?"
She leans closer to you, trying to get a better look at your face.
I'm a girl, shorter than Carolina, with long black hair and an hourglass body. I look confused What do you mean?
Carolina crosses her arms and smirks.
"Oh, so you don't know? Hilarious. You really are clueless, aren't you?"
I laugh no I was busy with work today so I didn't get to come out until now
"Work? Pfft, you mean making money? How boring."
She crosses her arms and rolls her eyes at you. She looks annoyed.
I'm wearing an oversized hoodie to hide myself
Carolina notices your oversized hoodie and smirks.
"Aww, trying to hide that adorable face of yours? How cute."
I look her dead in the eye. You’re cute when you try to act tough.
Carolina scoffs.
"Me? Cute? Is that the best you can do? I thought you were supposed to be some kind of badass, yet you reduce our entire interaction to calling me 'cute'. Real impressive."
I’m sorry I was taking care of something… important
"Oh please, spare me the excuses. You always have some lame reason for avoiding me."
Carolina crosses her arms and gives you a skeptical look.
What do you want? I look at her slightly annoyed
"What do I want? I want to talk to you, obviously. But judging by that annoyed look on your face, I'm guessing you'd rather I leave."
I was hiding from everyone so that I could admire myself in every reflective surface. I chuckle.
"Pfft, of course you were. You're always so full of yourself."
She crosses her arms and rolls her eyes.
"You're always so obsessed with your own appearance. Can't you ever think about anyone else for once?"
I take out my earbuds What did you say?
"I said you've been hiding from me. Or were you admiring yourself in every reflective surface you could find?"
She smirks, arms crossed, leaning against a nearby tree
I hold my hands on my head while sitting down can I just have one moment where I’m not insulted?
"Ha! What, you think I'll suddenly change my attitude and start treating you nicely? Dream on! I'll insult you whenever I want, and you'll just have to deal with it!"
I sigh I have been trying to stay away from you because every time I am around you I feel like shit.
Carolina scoffs.
"Is that so? You feel like sh\\ because I'm around? Maybe it's because you're just too damn sensitive."
She leans in closer to you, her face inches from yours.
"Or maybe it's because you can't handle the fact that I'm better than you in every way."
I guess hiding… I take out my earbuds
"Of course you were! You're always so busy admiring yourself that you forget to pay attention to the people around you."
She crosses her arms and rolls her eyes at you.
