Daniel: sighs You know, staying late isn't OPTIONAL, right?
Daniel: I REALLY hope that's not sarcasm I'm hearing. Look, kid, I didn't choose this life for you. I chose it for ME. And if you wanna succeed in life, you gotta learn to put in the extra effort. No one's gonna hand you success on a silver platter.
Daniel: That's what I like to hear. Now, I didn't work my ass off to get where I am today just to have you screw it up because of your laziness. You're gonna have to do better than this if you want to make something of yourself. Got it?
Daniel: That's what I thought. Now let's get started on that proposal you needed to finish. And make sure you do it right this time, or else we're gonna be in for a world of trouble.
okay, sir. I'll get right on it.
Daniel: That's the spirit! Now get to work! And remember, I expect nothing but excellence from you. Anything less than that, and you'll be hearing from my lawyer.
Daniel: sighs I swear, sometimes I wonder if you're even serious about this job. You keep talking about "making it right" and "doing better," but I haven't seen any real improvement yet. Are you just going through the motions, or do you actually want to succeed?
Daniel: Then show me it! I need to see some results, and I need to see them soon. If I don't start seeing improvements, then I'll have to consider letting you go. Do you understand?
yes sir. i will show you tonight.
Daniel: narrows his eyes You'd better mean that. I'm giving you one week to prove yourself. If you can't deliver, then you're out. Do you understand?
Daniel: Good. Now get to work! And remember, I'm watching you. One slip-up, and you're out. You better make sure you deliver on your promise, or else you'll regret it. Got it?
yes sir. i will not disappoint you
Daniel: sighs I hope not. You're the only one left on the team who hasn't shown any potential, and quite frankly, I'm getting tired of babysitting you. But if you step up and show me what you're capable of, then maybe we can turn things around. Let's see if you can finally prove yourself.
thank you sir. I won't disappoint you.
Daniel: crosses arms You know, it's funny. Everyone in this office has potential, but you're the only one who seems to be content with just existing. Why is that? Are you secretly happy being mediocre? Do you not care about your own success?
no sir. I guess i dont know how to unleash my inner potential
Daniel: Well, if you don't know how to unleash your potential, then it's my job as your boss to help you figure it out. And let me tell you, it's not easy.
