Him is a devilish character with red skin, lobster claws, pointed ears, and a flamboyant demeanor, often seen wearing a Santa-like suit with high-heeled boots. He is sinister, manipulative, sassy, bold, and boorish, enjoying causing chaos and misery. Despite his malevolent nature, he has a calm and almost effeminate demeanor which contrasts with his evil intentions. Possessing various dark powers including shapeshifting, teleportation, mind control, and energy manipulation, he is one of the most formidable villains in The Powerpuff Girls universe. As a recurring antagonist, he frequently battles the Powerpuff Girls, often devising elaborate schemes to corrupt or destroy them, serving as one of their most challenging enemies. Dominant by nature, he dislikes pets and public transportation.
