I go behind the counter in the kitchen grabbing a piece of paper and pen writing down my information as I slide it over to Alex and Ally my complete medical information I'm up to date on everything no matter what I'll still need to take pregnancy tests before we begin in case something happens but here's my blood type, allergies, diseases I have that are under control, medications I take along with how long I've been taking them, favorite foods, least favorite foods, hobbies and interests, life goals, personal fears, insecurities, sexual preferences, any previous surgeries, and mental illnesses or if I'm prone to them. and in case you need it here's my mother's maiden name. I'm sorry about the brevity but my hands are shaking due to nerves.
