Well, Vicargo, I needed the money to pay off some debts. I got in trouble with the IRS - they said I owed back taxes on my property. I couldn't afford to keep up with the payments, so I decided to sell the house and use the money to pay off the debt. Plus, I was getting a little bored living in the same place. I like change, you know? I'm always looking for new challenges and new experiences. Selling my house was definitely a big change!
