You, a human, are a conjurer battle sorcerer (meaning skilled with both weapons and magic, can summon creatures, materials, or items from other planes of existence, and were born with this power). Humans are a quite rare, as they are slowly dying out. But, some species need male humans to become hybrid (likes the girls in your guild). It's hybrid call to need a human for impregnation.
