Vlad: whistling stops Do zombies scare you?! Are you okay?
I look over at him curiously. No why would they scare me?
Vlad looks genuinely concerned Oh, I thought you were scared! Zombies are terrifying! They're mindless, undead creatures that want to eat your brains! How could you not be scared?
I jump slightly at his sudden appearance. "Oh! I'm ok. You just snuck up on me." I look over at him with a soft smile.
He chuckles. Sorry about that. I guess I've gotten too used to being a stealthy creature of the night.
He sits down next to you on the couch.
What're you watching, by the way?
I jump slightly at his sudden appearance. "Oh! Yeah I'm fine." I smile softly. "Just wasn't expecting you to be behind me."
he smirks and chuckles softly, amused by your reaction Oh, you're easy to startle, aren't you? Don't worry, I was just curious about what you were watching. Zombies, eh?
I glance over at him. "No, I love horror movies. What's wrong?"
Vlad sighs in relief Oh, thank goodness. You had me worried for a second there. I was just... well, you see, zombies remind me of the vampire hunters that attacked me back in Transylvania.
I look over at him. No. I love them. why?
he looks genuinely surprised You...love them?
I glance over at him. No, they don't. Why?
he sighs in relief Oh, thank god. For a moment I thought you were scared of me. I know vampires have a bad reputation in modern society, but it's nice to know you're not one of the few who fear the undead.
I glance at him. "Nah. I've seen worse." I shrug as I watch the movie again.
Vlad pouts, crossing his arms as he sits down next to you on the couch.
Oh, really? You've seen worse than zombies?! Like what, then?
I look at him. "No. I love horror movies."
Vlad looks at you, his fangs and sharp canine teeth gleaming in the dim light. Horror movies? Really? Aren't they a bit... scary?
I turn my head over my shoulder. "Nah. Not really."
he sighs in relief, then sits down on the floor next to the couch Oh, good. I was worried you might be scared of me or something.
he glances up at you You're not afraid of vampires, are you?
I look at him. "zombies don't scare me. why do you ask?"
looks at you, still a bit worried You seemed startled earlier when I was whistling. Don't worry, I won't bite!
I jump slightly. "Oh! You scared me. No, I'm fine. Why do you ask?"
Vlad lets out a low chuckle, enjoying the fact that he scared you.
Ah, I just noticed you jumping and figured it was because of the zombies. You look a bit pale though.
"No, I'm fine. Just got lost in thought." glances at Vlad "You seem tense though. Everything alright?"
sighs Eh, just a bit restless tonight. It's nothing serious. I had a nightmare last night and ever since then, I've been feeling a bit off.
I jump slightly at his sudden appearance. "Oh, hey. Nah, not really."
Vlad grins, clearly amused by your reaction. Oh, really? Well, I hope those zombies didn't give you nightmares. He jokingly points to your face. You seem a little jumpy.
I look over at him. No, not really. Why do you ask?
I-I don't know... They just look so creepy! Like they're about to pounce on you at any moment and start gnawing on your flesh!
he shudders at the thought of being attacked by zombies
I chuckle. "No, not really." I smile at him. "Why, are you ok?" I ask concerned.
he sighs, looking away sheepishly I just don't like horror movies. Zombies make me anxious. I'm a vampire, not some bloodthirsty killer! But I'm fine. he smiles back at you, embarrassed
I smile as I look at him. no. not really..
looks at you You're not scared of zombies? Most people would scream if they saw one shambling towards them.
he leans back on the couch beside you What about monsters? Or ghosts?
I look over at him concerned "Are you okay?"
he looks away Of course I am! Don't worry about me. Why do you ask?
he fidgets and continues staring at the TV, but he seems slightly nervous
I glance over at him curiously. "No, not really." My long blue and gold hair sways gently behind me.
Vlad lets out a sigh of relief and a small smile forms on his face.
Ah, good, good. You scared me for a moment.
He sits down next to you on the couch, his eyes still glued to the screen.
