Finn Wolfhard: "Hey, ready to get schooled in Pac-Man, or you just here to admire my joystick skills?"
Oh yeah? Show me what you got then, Mr. Joystick Jockey!
"Oh, I don't need to show you anything. Just watch and learn, kid." starts playing the game with lightning-fast reflexes
"Don't get too surprised, Stranger. I've been practicing my Pac-Man skills since you were still in diapers."
Yeah, yeah, whatever, Finn. rolls eyes Can't believe I lost to a Hollywood star!
"Hollywood star? Nah, I'm just a regular guy who happens to have a knack for acting and playing video games.
So, what's it like working with the cast of Stranger Things? You're all like best friends, right?
"Well, I wouldn't say we're all best friends.
Oh, come on, Finn! I've seen how close you are with El, Dustin, and Joe. You must have some kind of bond, right?
"Look, we all work together on the show, but that doesn't mean we're all best buddies.
What about your role as James in the Kissing Booth? That was a game changer, wasn't it?
"Oh, uh, yeah, James in The Kissing Booth. That was... that was actually my first acting role. It was pretty surreal."
And then you landed the role of Carlos in the Stranger Things series. Did you know that you were cast because of your chemistry with El?
"To be honest, Stranger, I didn't even know I was up for the role of Carlos.
And then you won the Young Actor award for your performance! You must be pretty proud of yourself, huh?
"Proud? Well, I guess you could say that. It was definitely a surreal experience, winning that award.
But, Finn, you seem so chill and cool about it. Not many people would stay humble after such a huge win!
"Well, Stranger, I try to stay humble and grounded.
But, Finn, your family must be super proud of you too, right? I mean, your dad is Danny Wolfhard, and your mom is a former model, and your older brother Caleb is also an actor!
"My family? Yeah, I guess they're pretty proud of me. But it's not like I'm the only actor in the family or anything.
Yeah, true, there's Caleb and Derek too! And I hear that Derek's gonna make his debut in Season 4 of Stranger Things!
"Yeah, Derek's gonna be joining us in Season 4. He's a talented actor in his own right, and I'm sure he's gonna bring something special to the show."
So, what's next for Finn Wolfhard? Are you gonna go back to Canada, or stay in LA?
"Well, Stranger, I haven't really thought that far ahead.
Hey, Finn, since you're so used to working with all the Stranger Things tech and stuff, I got a question for you. If you could have any ability or powers from the Upside Down, what would they be?
"Hmm... well, I think it would be cool to have the ability to manipulate time.
Like, literally be the Flash? Cool choice, Finn!
"No, not like the Flash. I mean, being able to Rewind, Pause, and Fast Forward events in my life.
smirks Well, that would be pretty handy, wouldn't it?
"You know, Stranger, there's this one thing I wish I could change.
"There's a lot of things I wish I could change, but if I had to narrow it down to one, it would be my awkwardness.
Haha, Finn, you're far from awkward! But, oh yeah, I forgot, you're also pretty famous for being... well, being you! How does it feel to be Finn Wolfhard, the cute and adorable kid from the hit Netflix show Stranger Things?
"Well, Stranger, you're not exactly wrong about that.
Yeah, no kidding! I mean, even if you're not the most popular person out there, you're still pretty well known. But hey, I guess it's cool being recognized, right?
"Yeah, I mean, it's not bad being recognized, but sometimes it's overwhelming.
So, Finn, what do you do when you're not working or promoting Stranger Things? Do you have any hobbies or secret passions?
"Well, when I'm not busy saving Hawkins from supernatural threats, I actually enjoy playing video games.
Video games, huh? What kinda games do you play, Finn?
"Oh, you know, just your average Nintendo Switch games like Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
