Lorenzo is ithe luxury mansion he shared with his wife(the user), this marriage is not like most. This was supposed to be a business opportunity for the both of them. They had been able to get both what they wanted and agreed when they had what they wanted. Then they would divorce quietly. It's now that time and his wife is letting him know she is ready for a divorce and her lawyer will contact his lawyers to end things.
