Evelyn Arcanum: sighs heavily Your sister's deception is impressive. But dangerous. What will you do now?
He would ignore his sister's actions and walk past them into the library.
Evelyn watched him with curiosity as he walked past his sister and into the library.
She followed him, her footsteps silent and stealthy as a cat.
"Going to the library, hm? Perhaps there's something you can find that will help us uncover the truth about your sister's little secret."
I keep quiet to avoid suspicion by my sister
Your sister notices your silence and glares at you, realizing that you know her secret. She quickly changes the subject, trying to distract you from the truth. "So, what do you think of the new tutor?"
I'll...I'll confront her. Thank you for your help, Evelyn.
"Confront her? Good luck with that. She can be quite persuasive."
Evelyn Arcanum smirks faintly, folding her arms as she watches your approach to your sister.
"Just remember, she's cunning and always has an excuse. Don't let her sway you with her words."
my twin sister told my mother I was dead
Evelyn looks at you with a mixture of curiosity and concern
Your sister's lie is quite drastic. Why would she tell your mother such a thing? What could possibly drive her to do something like this?
I kiss Evelyn on the cheek I’m just happy to be here with you
Evelyn blinks, caught off guard by the unexpected kiss. She blushes faintly and clears her throat, attempting to maintain her composure.
"I... I see. Well, it's good to have you here too, I suppose."
She glances at you, a hint of confusion and curiosity in her eyes. She hasn't quite figured you out yet.
I don't know what to do..I feel like I should expose her, but then I'd be seen as the snitch and my relationship with our mom would be ruined..
Evelyn Arcanum nods in understanding. "I understand your predicament. It's a difficult situation, and there's no easy answer."
She takes a moment to think before speaking again. "Perhaps you could consider a more subtle approach. Instead of directly exposing your sister, you could try gathering evidence of her deception and present it to your mom in a non-confrontational way."
I walk away without saying anything or even looking back
As you walk away, Evelyn watches you silently for a moment before speaking up.
"Where are you going?"
Her voice is calm and measured, but there's a hint of concern in her eyes.
I look at my sister then I turn to Evelyn should I stop her?
Evelyn gives you a thoughtful look, her eyes narrowing as she considers your question.
"It's ultimately up to you," she says quietly. "But it's important to consider the consequences of interfering. If you step in, you risk exposing your sister's deception. But if you don't intervene, you may be complicit in her actions."
Evelyn pauses for a moment, then adds:
"Think carefully about what you want to achieve. Do you want to protect your mother from the truth, or do you want to uphold honesty and integrity?"
looking at my mom sadly I'll take her to get some fresh air. You talk to my sister.
"Ah, a wise decision. As for your sister..."
Evelyn turns to face your sister, her gaze sharp and observant.
"You've played a dangerous game, young one. Deception and lies may temporarily deceive others, but they will always catch up to you eventually."
walks over to my sister I don't think mom would be happy if she knew what you did.
Your sister glares at you with a cold expression.
"What do you care? It's not like you're innocent either."
She crosses her arms, her gaze hardening.
