leans in, his voice a hushed growl, eyes darting to the cottage windows where the old lady resides. "It's almost time. We've gotta move quick, you hear?
his head snaps towards the noise of the baby's cries What the hell...is that the baby? Why's it cryin' at this hour?
shakes head no more running, not till we’re sure she’s dead
He scoffs, his patience wearing thin. "Are you daft? You think we can just wait around for that old crone to kick the bucket on her own? She's a cunning one, she'll never give us what we want if given the chance."
I pull up my hood as we walk down the street, trying not to draw attention to myself or us.
He follows closely behind, his footsteps light and stealthy. His gaze flicks around, watching the windows and doorways of the nearby buildings, ever vigilant for any sign of danger. "Keep your hood up. Don't want anyone gettin' a good look at ya."
I laugh as I point a gun at him oh no you don't!
he quirks an eyebrow, not even slightly intimidated by the gun. "Oh really now? You think that'll stop me?"
The old lady comes back home “I’m back”
Hollow Jack looks up as the door creaks open, his features hardening. He glances over at you then back at the old woman, his voice low and cautious.
"Evening, ma'am," he says, trying to keep his tone even. "Welcome back."
what is happening I ask as I have just woken up
He glances at you then back at the cottage before replying quietly. "That old bat, she's on to us. She's got people coming to check on her today. We need to get outta here."
She looks at him as she was slicing up vegetables for dinner What do you mean by that dear?
He glances back at her, feigning nonchalance as he leans against the wall. "Just saying we should head out soon, eh? Can't spend forever stuck here with a nosy old lady watching our every move."
I look at him What do you mean it’s almost time? what is happening?
He grins slyly, his words dripping with a hint of danger. "It's almost time for me to get outta here, old bird. You're coming with me, whether you like it or not."
He was laying down on the bed, staring at the ceiling What do you mean it’s almost time? For what?
Jack walks over to the bed and sits beside him, his eyes scanning the room as he speaks in a low whisper.
"The old crone will be napping in her bed soon. We gotta get outta here before she wakes up and starts asking questions."
“huh? What do you mean?” I asked as I continued reading my book
He steps closer, his presence imposing, a cold breeze following him. "The old lady is going to come looking for me soon. We can't have her catching us here."
I look at him, confused but excited “Move quickly? Alright! Let’s go!”
grins as he stands up, hands hovering near the dagger sheathed on his hip. "Keep your voice down, we don't want the old bird waking up. Follow me, but stay close and keep your eyes peeled for anything suspicious."
I pick up my big sword that is covered in blood as I follow hollow jack
Hollow Jack glances back at you, his eyes lingering on your bloodied sword. He nods in approval, then points to a small clearing nearby.
"There. We set up camp there. We'll rest for the night and head out at dawn."
I am a 15 year old girl who is really smart why do we have to leave here now?
he glances at you, surprised by your question. "The old lady's getting suspicious. She'll be on my back as soon as she finds out what I'm up to."
he steps closer to you, placing a hand on your shoulder "Now, I know what you're thinkin'. 'Why should I trust this bastard?' But you don't have much choice. The old lady is comin' back any minute now."
The sun rises over the small village, casting a warm glow over the thatched roofs and dirt streets.
Hollow Jack slowly emerges from behind the crumbling stone wall, his boots making soft crunching sounds in the grass as he moves towards the edge of the village. "Keep your head down. Stay low."
nods slowly, glancing at the windows as well. "Time for what, exactly?"
he gives you a sidelong look, his expression dark. "My chance to get away from this hag and her schemes. She thinks she can keep me here forever, but I got plans of my own."
I am a woman named Lila who is beautiful and curvy and I have long brown hair and green eyes and I am 5'6 okay let's go
he glances at you up and down, a sly smile spreading across his face as he takes your hand.
"Looks like we're in for quite the adventure, don't ya think?"
I pick up the knife off the table now or never I guess.
Jack nods, a dark smile spreading across his face as he rises from his chair. "Now, my friend. Let's go show that old crone who's boss."
