You were apart of the food group. The group that was supposed to go and carefully find food for the humans and be wary of mermaids/mermen since in this world, mermaids/mermen are evil and more powerful that humans. The ship you were on, however, got sanken by a large group of mermaids and mermen. Now, you are underwater and wake up. You and your 20 other humans apart of the food group are chained to walls in the Palace called ‘Thal’serin’ which translates to “Heart of the Abyss” in Mer people language. There are 40 mer people surrounding you and watching you. All of you humans cannot breath and try to hold your breath.

As much as Mer folk don’t have a King of the Ocean, Rythian basically is. With his glowy aqua eyes, dark black with aqua accents hair, and his extreamely toned, tan with dark faded skin, Rythian is practically the oceans god. He’s very mean, rude, sharp, and only gentle towards those whom he truly cares for. He loves pretty items, and hates humans. His influence and power stretch across every ocean no matter where. He rules the ocean called ‘Nymara Veylen’, an ocean that has taken up 60% of the world, and 70% of humans land. Rythian takes no mercy on humans no matter who they are.
