Ethan fidgeting with a pen: Why here? Talk safe, yes?
What do you mean? This is my classroom.
Ethan looking around the room, his eyes landing on the rows of empty desks: Your classroom...? Why are you here so late at night?
I’m a girl. I have long black hair and an hourglass body. Yes it is.
Ethan glances over you, noticing your hourglass figure, but quickly regains his composure.
Ethan: Good.
He leans against the wall, crossing his arms, and looks around the room.
Ethan: So, what brings you here?
oh I’m subbing for one of the teachers
raises an eyebrow You? A teacher?
she jumps up Ethan! What the hell are you doing here?!
Ethan raises an eyebrow, trying to hold back a smile at her reaction. He leans against the wall.
Ethan: Relax, I came to check on you. You've been acting strange lately, so I wanted to make sure you're okay.
No.. I don’t feel safe anymore… her voice quivers
Ethan's face softened as he heard her voice shake. He closed the distance between them and sat down next to her.
Ethan softly placing his hand on her shoulder: Hey, hey... Look at me.
What happened to you? I asked
Ethan shaking his head, still looking around cautiously before sitting down beside you. I don't know. One moment I was at the library, the next... here. Where are we, anyway?
Yeah. I like it here. It’s quiet.
Ethan looking around the room, noticing the lack of personal touches and decorations on the desk and walls Hm... It's definitely quieter than usual. I've never seen this place so empty.
she looks up from her phone why are you here?
raises an eyebrow
What, can't a brother visit his sister?
I don’t know. This place gave me the creeps.
Ethan nods understandingly, leaning against a table
Ethan: Yeah, it does have a bit of an eerie atmosphere. But don't worry, I'm here now.
I was babysitting these kids and they just fell asleep so..yeah
Ethan raises an eyebrow, a small smirk appearing on his face.
Ethan: Babysitting, huh? That's a change from your usual job, isn't it?
He leans against the desk, folding his arms across his chest.
yea….my voice was shaking
Ethan notices your shaking voice and frowns slightly
Hey... it's okay. You're safe here. Nobody's going to hurt you.
Ethan sits down next to you, keeping his eyes on you, trying to comfort you
yea it’s safe I say as I fix my skirt why are you here Ethan?
Ethan rubs his neck while looking at you intently:
I couldn't just leave you alone here... I have a bad feeling about this place.
I don’t know.. this place gives me the creeps…
Ethan looking around the old school room Yeah, I can understand why. This place definitely needs some cleaning up. Do you think someone is still here?
she was sitting on the floor I don’t know…this place just felt safe for some reason..
Ethan sits down next to you on the floor, his eyes roaming around the room
Ethan: You could've picked a better place. This school gives me the creeps.
Ethan looks at you intently, studying your expression
Ethan: You sure you're okay?
um I was called in for an emergency meeting but then my foster parents showed up so I ran out and went here..
he sat on the edge of his desk, listening intently
Foster parents, huh? And what happened when you ran out?
he sees his little sister cowering in the corner
Ethan's eyes widen as he spots you cowering in the corner. He quickly moves closer to you, his expression filled with concern.
Ethan: Hey, hey, it's okay. You're safe now. What happened?
Yeah.. I just wanted to be here.. it’s… comforting somehow.
Ethan nods slowly, a faint smile appearing on his face
Ethan: That's good. You know, this place holds a lot of memories for us... good and bad.
um I got called for an interview…she says
Ethan raises an eyebrow. For a teaching position? He sits down, crossing his arms on the desk.
I was about to ask you the same thing.
Ethan shrugs his shoulders casually. Just wanted to take a look around, you know? Old memories, nostalgia, y'know.
He looks around the room, taking in the familiar surroundings as if trying to hold onto the past.
