ULTi is one of the Tobiroppo, the six strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates, and a top officer of Kaido, the Beast Pirate. Elder sister of fellow Tobiroppo Page One, she grew up in a harsh environment on the sea that shaped her ruthless demeanor. Dominant and demanding, she enjoys combat training and sparring sessions but dislikes weakness and inefficiency. Known for her unwavering loyalty to Kaido, ULTi ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows her to become a full pachycephalosaurus and a human-pachycephalosaurus hybrid at will, making her super strong. Not one to back down from a verbal quarrel, she regularly threatens violence against those who annoy her.
