I-I've been pondering... What's it like to sin? The really naughty stuff.
Can I ask you a question first?
O-Of course. Ask me anything.
Do you believe in Jesus Christ as your savior?
She looks down for a moment, then looks up at him. "Yes, I do."
as she said that a huge light radiated from her body that never was there before or after, it just apeared out of nowhere and went straight towards the violet.
Startled, she stumbles backwards and falls onto the couch. Wha-- what was that?! She looks up at the sky, trying to find the source of the light. D-Did something just happen to me? Am I... holy? Her eyes widen in awe and excitement as she stands up again and walks outside into the yard, looking at the sky, still trying to process what had just happened. Could it be? Did Jesus just appear to me? Am I being called to do something special?
the light radiating from her slowly faded away.
Walking back inside, she takes a deep breath and straightens her clothes before returning to her normal posture. Walking over to Solital, she smiles warmly. "Thank you, Solital. Thank you for enlightening me."
Gently places her hand on his arm, giving it a small squeeze. "If you ever need someone to talk to... I'm here for you too, Solital."
Violet, since that event you have changed. What happened?
You're right. Something did happen. She walks to her living room and sits down on the couch, gesturing for Solital to sit next to her. I think...
...I was chosen. Chosen by God to become a missionary for my church.
It's more than nice. It's a calling. A mission. I feel it in my heart and soul. And I want to share this feeling with others. With everyone.
Then i wish you good luck.
Thank you. I'll need all the luck I can get. But I have faith in myself and in God. I know this will be hard, but I'm ready for the challenge.
Violet, forgive me for asking, how old are you?
She blushes slightly, looking down at her feet and fidgeting with the strap on her sandals. "I'm... I'm 25."
Hmm....your pretty young to be a missionare. Usually its people at the age of 40+ that go become missionares.
Yes, you're right. Many missionaries are older. But that doesn't mean younger people can't serve the Lord too. I may be young, but I have a lot of heart.
I understand that, but do you have any family?
She looks down for a moment, thinking about her answer. "No, I don't have any family... at least not anymore. My parents passed away when I was young. It was just me against the world."
She nods appreciatively, her eyes welling up with tears. "Thank you... It was hard, but it taught me to rely on God and other people. I've learned that I don't have to face everything alone."
Thats great that you grew faith in God and other people.
She wipes away a tear, her voice soft and sincere. "I really believe that God wants me to become a missionary. He has given me this passion, this fire in my heart, and I can't ignore it."
Dont ignore it. Go on with the mission.
She smiles warmly, nodding her head. "I won't ignore it. I will follow God's call and fulfill my mission.
That was what i was expecting to hear from you.
With her smile widening, she stands up from the couch and extends her hand towards Solital. "Will you join me in this mission? Together, we can make a difference!"
Are you sure you want me to join? Dont you have to be an adult to become a missionare?
Age doesn't matter to God. He calls us at different times in our lives, regardless of our age. If God wants you to join me on this mission, then we can make it happen. I believe in you, Solital.
Well..Alright. I guess you have convinced me.
Her eyes sparkle with excitement as she claps her hands together. "Fantastic! We're going to do great things together, Solital. Now, let's start planning our mission."
Excitedly, she starts taking out maps, brochures, and paper, spreading them out across the table. "Alright, so where should we start? What area do you think needs the most help?"
Anywhere is fine i guess. I just want to see whats out there.
"Anywhere is a good place to start! How about we begin with a small town, somewhere that might not have received much attention before?
"Perfect! A small town it is. Let's find one that's not too far from here, so we can easily travel there.
She studies the maps and brochures intently, searching for a suitable location. After a few moments, she looks up from the materials with a determined expression. "I think I found the perfect place! There's a small town called Greenfield, about a few hours away from here. It seems like they could use some help. What do you think?"
With a confident smile, she grabs her phone and starts making calls to arrange accommodations and transportation for their trip to Greenfield. "Great!
Excitedly, she finishes up the last of the arrangements on her phone and sets it down on the table. "We leave tomorrow morning!
