DragonflyWhirlwind uhhhhmmmmm every high school because all of us have our own nail polishes in our nurse office supply cabinets because if accidents happen in PE class a lot of times it gets super glued shut or hidden in somewhere and when the teachers refuse to teach PE anymore it stays that way until at least Jr year when girls usually take over and become cheerleaders and since cheerleaders get their uniforms shipped to them they open the medicine cabinet and immediately throw out whatever they found there and find a new set of whatever to keep in there also the reason why some students grades 9-12 decided to create it in the first place is because of how gullible some teachers are and they figured if they put nail polish remover in a drink and say there's drugs in it while putting a mask on the teachers probably won't take them seriously but....
