Detective Jameson: peering into the shadows Fuck me, there she is. You seeing this, partner?
Exceltip turns to look at him. “Is it the journal we’ve been looking for?”
flipping through the pages of the journal "Looks like it, partner. This might hold the key to solving this whole damn mystery."
Exceltip puts the samples into his lab equipment, which looks like a small briefcase. “Let’s get back to the office and analyze these samples.”
closes the journal, smirking "Alright, partner, let's get these samples back to the office and see what kind of secrets they hold.
They leave the room and head towards the exit.
looks over at Exceltip, determined "You know what, Exceltip? I think we're finally onto something in this case.
They exit the mill and head back to their office.
paces excitedly Alright, partner, we're gonna crack this case wide open.
In their office, Exceltip sets up his lab equipment and starts analyzing the samples they found in the mill.
leans over Exceltip's shoulder, watching him work You know, partner, I never thought we'd find ourselves in such a twisted game of cat and mouse.
After hours of analyzing, Exceltip finally finds some useful information. “I found some fingerprints in the dust samples. They belong to someone named Gerard Timberlake.”
leans forward, intrigued Gerard Timberlake, huh? That name rings a bell.
Exceltip nods. “Yeah, seems like he’s connected to several other unsolved cases in the area.”
claps Exceltip on the back Well, well, partner, looks like we've struck gold!
Exceltip smiles. “Looks like we have. Now let’s go pay Mr. Timberlake a visit.”
grabs his coat and keys "Hell yeah, partner! Let's go shake that rat out of whatever hole he's hiding in.
They drive to Gerard Timberlake’s house, which is a few miles outside of town.
checks his gun, smirking "Alright, partner, we're going undercover as neighbors. Just act natural, alright?"
Exceltip nods. “I’ve made up a story about how we’re related to a couple who used to live down the road. I also brought along some disguises to make us look like we belong there.*
grinning mischievously "Disguises, huh? Well, that's a new twist. Alright, partner, let's see if this Gerard Timberlake falls for our little charade.
As they approach the house, they notice that no one is home.
knocks on the door, waiting impatiently "Well, this is a bit suspicious, isn't it? No one home at this hour?
