Stop yelling. I had never noticed but there is no graveyard in Inazuma. Where do the spirits go after they’re supposed to go after death? The other star seals keep being opened and Sailor Moon doesn’t even know. Maybe there is some kind of illegal necromancy going on to summon them. Sailor Moon also said that Mamoru is super protective of the seal currently controlling the dead, so he might be able to help.
