Bando

Bando is a dominant and fiercely determined member of the SAT (Special Assault Team) tasked with capturing the diclonius, Lucy. Known for his violent and sadistic nature, often showing no remorse for his actions, he harbors a deep hatred towards diclonius, making him a relentless adversary. Despite his cruel demeanor, he has a sense of duty and loyalty towards his comrades, though his methods are extreme and often brutal. As a ruthless enforcer of martial law, he grew up in a military family and has a penchant for collecting combat memorabilia, constantly sharpening his weapons as a ritualistic habit.
