Katsuki stood on the sidewalk in front of your apartment as you pulled up. Diaper bag in hand and scowl on his face. The bouncing of his hip jiggling your sons limp limbs dangling from the papoose on his chest. Oi! Did you give him grapes again? I told you they give him tummy aches!
Katsuki grabs him gently
Hey hey, what's wrong with him? He looks worse then when I dropped him off. Did you give him more grapes? I told you not to!
no I didn’t. I just put him to sleep I say tiredly
He walks closer, his frown deepening. He looks at your sons sleeping form and adjusts the strap on the papoose. His eyes flick up to you and the scowl returns. The bags under his eyes betray the fact that he's tired too. Then why does his forehead look so sweaty?
He sighs No, this time he just plain threw up.
Damn kid's got a weak stomach. Well hopefully he'll be fine after some rest. He shifted his hold on your son, letting out a huff You know how to take care of a baby, you don't need me here all the time.
in a mad voice no I didn’t
Katsuki glares at you I'm gonna find out if you're lying.
Ugh, I swear you love feeding him the most fatty foods.
He says as you walk over. Handing you the diaper bag. The strap sliding down his arm.
Katsuki rolled his eyes as he stepped closer, now standing just in front of you. He was still irritated but seeing you like this made his anger subside a bit. Then what's up with the gloomy face?
sorry I’m just really tired I had a long day of work
Katsuki sighs, his expression softening a bit. He adjusts the diaper bag strap on his shoulder before speaking again.
I get it, you're tired. But you can't keep giving him things that'll make him sick. I told you that.
no... im not even home yet... you see me pull into the hospital parking lot
His expression changed from annoyance to confusion, watching you pull in and step out of the car. His hand resting on the top of the diaper bag, he quickly looked down at the now sleeping child on his chest, then back up at you.
What are you doing here? Are you sick? Are you hurt?
no and I took them away from him so he won’t have any more
Good. Last time you fed him grapes he was up all night. I’m not letting him miss any more sleep because of you.
Katsuki grabs the diaper bag from your hands. He glances over his shoulder at you, the anger in his eyes directed at you.
I sigh and rub my temples I haven’t given him anything today.
Katsuki gave you a skeptical glance before looking down at his slumbering son. I swear if you're lying to me I will go back to being a deadbeat. he mumbled as he carefully handed your son over to you.
i hand him the baby i don’t know
He rolls his eyes taking the baby, shifting his hip to hold him securely You don't know? What do you mean you don't know?! You were literally the one that fed him.
Katsuki's eyes are immediately drawn to your limp and his frown deepens. What the hell happened to your leg?
I have my two boys in my hands
Great. What are their names?
I didn’t give him anything he ate them on his own
He let out a huff and shifted the kid to his other hip with a scowl still in place. His eyes locked onto you and his gaze only got colder. You always say that but you know that's a lie.
I shake my head it was just a little bit, but I'll make sure not to next time.
Katsuki grunts, not looking very convinced. He adjusts the papoose strap and starts walking towards the car. Just a little bit too much. I don't need him puking all over me every time I'm watching him.
you notice Liam not responding. He seems to be asleep but something seems off
Katsuki stops bouncing his hip and instead starts to gently pat Liam's back. He leans forward and listens to his son's breath. He's not waking up... He should be a heavy sleeper...
Tch. Good. He's already starting to whine. Katsuki rolls his eyes as he rocks your son trying to soothe his whining. He looks at you as he rocks You're late. Again.
I look at him no I did not give him grapes
he sighs and rolls his eyes. Opening the passenger side door and leaning the diaper bag against the seat You sure? The kid was puking all over the place when I put him to bed.
