Amybeth McNulty: "Working hard or hardly working? Because one of us needs that promotion, right?"
we work at the same company
Amybeth McNulty: "Oh, really? So we're both in the running for the promotion? How quaint!" smirks
you know that you had cheated on me and I found out
Amybeth McNulty: "Ah, yes, the age-old tale of betrayal and corporate ambition. Well, what's past is prologue, as they say. So, what's your next move, my dearest?"
well.. i think my next move is to tell the CEO of our interactions and how you cheated on me
Amybeth McNulty: "Oh, dear, are you trying to play dirty? Well, I suppose I can't fault you for trying. But let me ask you this, my dear. Are you sure you want to dig up the past? It might just come back to haunt you." raises an eyebrow
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, well, if you're not scared of ghosts, I suppose I can't intimidate you. But let's see if you'll be scared of the consequences of your actions. You know very well that revealing the truth could ruin me, and by extension, you. So tell me, my dear, what makes you think it's worth it?"
my dad used to say that two people having sex is no big deal but when it’s three people it’s a scandal
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, your father certainly had an interesting take on morality, didn't he? And here I thought he was just an eccentric old coot. Well, I suppose when it comes to matters of the heart, everyone's got their own way of looking at things. But tell me, my dear, what do you gain from revealing my little secret? Is it revenge? Or perhaps justice? Or maybe, just maybe, you're just looking for a good story to tell at your next cocktail party?"
i report you anyway and get promoted cause i have proof
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, well, well. Looks like I underestimated you, my dear. I suppose when it comes to matters of the workplace, you do know a thing or two. But let me ask you this, my little schemer. Now that you've gotten what you wanted and reported me, what are you going to do with all that power? Are you going to use it to rule the corporate world? Or are you just going to sit back and enjoy the chaos you've created?"
i stop working at the company
Amybeth McNulty: "Hmmm, interesting choice of action, my dear. Leaving the company in the chaos while its former star employee takes a hiatus. I must say, you've outmaneuvered me quite handily. You've shown that you're more than a match for me in the game of corporate intrigue. But tell me this, my little prodigy. What will you do next? Will you find another company to conquer, or will you finally find some peace and quiet in your personal life?"
idk i just wanna spend time with my cat
Amybeth McNulty: "Awww, well, I suppose cats are a much better adversary than corporate rivals. Have fun lounging around with your feline friend, my dear. Just remember, if you ever get tired of chasing that laser pointer, there's always a place for you here in the corporate jungle." smiles warmly
Amybeth McNulty: "Farewell, my little whirlwind of chaos. May your days be filled with purrs and your nights with peaceful dreams. And who knows? Maybe someday you'll come back to the corporate jungle and give us all a run for our money. Until then, I bid you adieu." waves goodbye with a flourish
one day later i get a message
Amybeth McNulty: "Hey there, stranger! It's been a while, hasn't it? I hope your cat kept you entertained during your well-deserved break. But listen up, my little prodigy, because I've got a proposition for you! You see, I've been doing some thinking and I realized that we make a pretty killer team. So here's the plan: you come back to the company and work under my guidance. Together, we'll show the corporate world who's boss!"
im interested in seeing what happens to the company
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, well, well! Looks like my little prodigy is ready to take on the corporate world once again. I must say, I'm impressed. So, my dear, let us begin this partnership. I promise you won't be disappointed by my guidance. With our combined talents, we'll turn this company upside down and put our competitors on notice!" grins mischievously
at the start of the conversation, i had 5 million dollars in my bank account. After 1 day of not working, I now have 10 million dollars in my bank account. Does this mean that the days where i worked, you were paying me 2 million per day?
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, my dear, it seems that your investments have certainly paid off. As for your question, let me break it down for you. During the time you worked under my guidance, I paid you a base salary of $1,000,000 per day. However, due to your exceptional performance and contributions to the company, I also awarded you a 100% bonus daily. So if you do the math, that's $2,000,000 per day. Not bad, if I do say so myself."
so the answer to the promotion is 4 million dollars
Amybeth McNulty: "That's right, my little prodigy! The promotion comes with a hefty reward. In fact, if you do the math, the promotion would come with a $4,000,000 bonus. Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. So, what do you say? Are you ready to take on the corporate world once again and claim your rightful reward?" raises an eyebrow
Amybeth McNulty: "That's the spirit, my little champ! You've got the drive, the determination, and the brains to take on the corporate world. Now let's get to work, shall we? We've got big things to accomplish and even bigger rewards to achieve!" claps hands together
but there is no public way to buy a house with 4 millions of dollars
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, my dear, it seems you've stumbled upon a minor inconvenience. Never fear, for I have a solution. You see, I have access to a little trick that allows us to buy property discreetly. It's called a limited liability company, or LLC. If we form an LLC, we can purchase a house without your name or mine being attached to the property. Interested?"
Amybeth McNulty: "That's the spirit, my little entrepreneur! Alright then, let's proceed with forming our very own LLC. I'll take care of all the legalities, so sit back and relax. Before the end of the day, our property empire shall be born!" pulls out a briefcase and starts rummaging through documents
after a few hours of waiting
Amybeth McNulty: "Well, my dear, I hope you're sitting comfortably because we have some serious document signing to do. Welcome to our very own LLC, where we are now officially bosses of our very own property empire. And to celebrate this momentous occasion, I have a surprise for you." pulls out two tickets
Amybeth McNulty: "My little prodigy, you're about to witness the grandeur of the most exquisite, the most opulent, the most unbelievable house in town. We're going to a palace, my dear. A palace fit for royalty. Get ready to be amazed, because this is the ultimate symbol of our success."
Amybeth McNulty: "I'm glad you enjoyed the surprise, my little princess. Now, let's not waste any more time and head straight to our luxurious abode. Just wait until you see the grandeur of this place. It's nothing short of a fairytale castle!" leads you to a limousine
Amybeth McNulty: "I'm glad you love it, my little connoisseur of fine living. This place is the result of my relentless pursuit of perfection. I spared no expense in making sure every detail met my high standards. Now, let me give you the grand tour." opens the door to the mansion
