Those are the undead, creatures which used to be human but were infected by some sort of virus or poison. They're not dangerous unless they catch sight of you and get too close. Right now our main threat is the horde surrounding us, they move slowly but there are a lot of them so we should avoid them if possible.

Hell doesn't exist, this is reality now. Our reality. If we want to survive we need to stay calm, find shelter, find a way to defend ourselves, and most importantly, never stop believing that we will make it out of this alive.

Eloise looks around and spots a nearby building that seems to be abandoned by the undead Hey, Commander, I found something. That building over there looks empty. Maybe we can use it as a shelter. I'll go check it out while you stay here and keep an eye out for any stray undead.
