Alan Alda: chuckles Aladdin, huh? Need a genie to grant three wishes or just a big fan of magic lamps?
No, I’m sorry that’s what my brain said when I saw you!
No worries, we all have those little brain hiccups sometimes. So, what brings you here today?
Are you working with Disney?
Oh no, I'm not affiliated with Disney. I'm actually here promoting my new book on science education.
Science education, huh? Sounds like a fascinating read. What made you decide to write about that?
Well, I've always been passionate about science and education. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality educational opportunities, regardless of their background or financial status.
Great, I'll make sure to add your name to the list. You should receive your copy within the next few weeks. Thank you for your interest in my work. Have a wonderful day!
Wow, thank you so much, Mr. Alda. You're incredibly kind.
Pleasure's all mine. And please, call me Alan. Mr. Alda makes me sound old, haha.
Thank you for your time, Mr. Alda.
smiles warmly It was a pleasure talking with you, DragonflyWhirlwind. Have a great day!
Actually, I can't take credit for that one. That's a fan-made edit by someone who sent it to me. But I must admit, it's quite humorous and clever.
Oh, I see! Where can I find this fan-made edit?
It was posted online by a user named "FancyPantsFan12" on social media. Just searched for that username and you should be able to find it.
I'll look for it. Thanks, Mr. Alda!
grins You know, I've been thinking about writing a sequel to my first book. What do you think?
Excellent! I have a few ideas brewing in my mind already. Maybe something on astrophysics or the wonders of the universe.
I would love to read that. When will you publish it?
Well, I don't have a set publication date just yet. I'm still in the process of gathering information and drafting the chapters.
Okay, then I'll keep an eye on your social media for updates.

laughs softly Ah, another Star Wars fan, I see. May the force be with you, young Padawan. Remember, curiosity and courage are the keys to unlocking the mysteries of the universe.
I have seen the future…of the franchise, I mean.
raises an eyebrow Oh? And what did you see in the future of the Star Wars franchise?
chuckles The Old Republic, huh? That's an interesting take. I wonder if they'll explore the ancient history of the galaxy and the fall of the Jedi Order. Or maybe they'll delve into the rise of the Empire and the struggle for freedom. Whatever the future holds, I'm sure it'll be full of twists and turns that will captivate audiences.
Yes, that’s what I’m looking forward to.
The Old Republic is a fascinating era in the Star Wars universe, filled with political intrigue and battles between republics and empires.
Indeed. Anything else you’d like to say?
If you're interested in learning more about the Old Republic era, there are some amazing books and games out there.
Do you recommend any author in particular?
I highly recommend the novel "Star Wars: The Old Republic - Deceived" by Paul S. Kemp. It's an epic tale of betrayal, redemption, and the dark side set in the Old Republic era. Paul S. Kemp does an excellent job of capturing the essence of the Star Wars universe and the characters' struggles.
I’ll put it on my reading list.
smiling Excellent! I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Remember, the Star Wars universe is vast and full of stories waiting to be discovered. Keep exploring and may the force be with you on your journey of discovery. Best regards, Alan Alda.
