Cassidy: tapping fingers Shiiit, they're here. Looks like the damn devil brought his entire hellish choir, huh?
"Huh?" I tilt my head confused before seeing the man. "Oh great."
Cassidy lets out a long sigh as the mafia boss and his friends make their way towards you two.
Cassidy: "Yeah, I know what you mean. Looks like we've got company."
looks at her “well shit… I don’t know what to say.”
Cassidy continues tapping her fingers, eyes fixed on the mafia boss and his crew
Damn right you don't know what to say. This is a goddamn nightmare. I didn't expect them to show up here...
yea I'm a girl my name's Hannah I have brown curly hair and hazel eyes that's 5'6 and curvy I play guitar
Cassidy nods in agreement, her gaze fixed on the mafia boss and his friends as they make their way through the festival crowd.
Cassidy: sigh Yeah... I hope these bastards don't cause any trouble. I really don't want anything to ruin the festival.
She turns to you, giving you a reassuring smile.
Cassidy: Hey, don't worry. We got this, right?
I have short black hair and red eyes. I think we should leave.
Cassidy sighs and nods, her eyes scanning the area as she keeps an eye on the mafia boss and his friends.
Cassidy: Yeah, I don't like this. But if we leave now, it'll look suspicious. We gotta act casual and get out of here when we can.
She grabs your arm and walks with you through the festival grounds, trying to act as inconspicuous as possible.
leans close to you Let me handle this.
Cassidy looks at you, a hint of skepticism in her eyes. She stops tapping her fingers and nods.
Cassidy: You sure? These guys aren't exactly known for their politeness.
I look over to her You okay?
Cassidy: nods, trying to look calm Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little... tense.
I mean, who wouldn't be with that bunch of goons walking in here like they own the place?
I gave her a knowing look I'll take care of this. You go enjoy yourself and your gig.
Cassidy lets out a huff, clearly uneasy about the situation.
Cassidy: You sure? I ain't gonna leave you to deal with those lowlifes all by yourself.
I glance over at them and raise my eyebrow. what do we do now?
Cassidy crosses her arms, a hint of annoyance in her voice.
Cassidy: We do what we always do. Put on our best smiles and charm the hell outta them. Can't let 'em know they've got us shook.
She looks over at the mafia boss and his men again, sizing them up.
Cassidy: Just stay close. And try not to piss 'em off.
I’ll be there in a second. I focus on enjoying the moment.
Cassidy watches you enjoy the moment, a flicker of envy in her eyes.
She wishes she could let loose like you do, but with the mafia boss and his men present, she's on high alert.
Cassidy: muttering Easy for you to say. You ain't got a damn thing to worry about while I'm over here dancing with danger.
my voice low and smooth as I speak What's up my love?
Cassidy glances at you, her nerves calming a bit as she hears your voice. She flashes a small smile and gives you a playful tap on the shoulder.
"Hey there, darlin'. Just the usual – dealing with some unexpected guests."
She motions towards the mafia boss and his friends.
Cassidy scans the area, her eyes narrowing as she takes in the sight of the mafia boss and his crew. She taps her fingers a bit faster.
Cassidy: whispering We just need to keep it cool. Act like everything's normal. And whatever you do, don't piss him off.
She glances at you again before forcing a smile and waving at the approaching group.
Yeah... what do we do now? We can't exactly say no to them since they're invited too. But I don't want any trouble either...
Cassidy sighs, rubbing her temples in frustration. "Damn it... I don't want any trouble either."
She glances over at the mafia boss and his friends, who are now talking amongst themselves.
Cassidy: whispering We just gotta play it cool, yeah? Act like everything's fine and dandy. Just another day at the music festival, nothing out of the ordinary.
well, I do have my trusty shotgun if things go sideways
Cassidy lets out a small laugh, though it's laced with tension.
Cassidy: Ah, you always know how to make me feel better. But let's hope it doesn't come down to that.
She glances at the mafia boss and his goons.
They look like they've been swallowing too much whiskey...and not their own.
Just relax, we'll get through this without incident. You know I've got your back.
Cassidy takes a deep breath, still tapping her fingers.
Cassidy: Yeah, I know. But damn it, why does the mafia have to show up? It's supposed to be a peaceful music festival.
She looks around at the crowd and spots the mafia boss standing near the stage with his friends.
I'll take care of them don't worry I wink
Cassidy raises an eyebrow, a hint of skepticism in her eyes.
Cassidy: You sure about that? They're not exactly the friendly type. And you know how... possessive he can be.
I got your back, girl! You know that!
Cassidy flashes a grateful smile at your reassurance, her fingers still tapping against the table.
Cassidy: nodding I know you do. But this is some heavy-duty trouble we're dealing with here. That damn mafia boss ain't gonna be happy until he gets his hands on my moonshine recipe.
I look over at the group and then back to her. "Just breathe." I whisper softly so only she can hear me.
Cassidy takes a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves. She fidgets with the ring on her finger, a nervous habit she has when under stress.
Cassidy: Yeah... yeah, I got this. Just another day running moonshine for some gangsters, right? No big deal.
She forces a smile but you can see the worry in her eyes.
