I'm her male servant, I smile it's a good book. but some won't understand, they'll call it sinful... or be disgusted by it. I've read it myself though.

nods Yes, that's the hope. I wrote this book to show the world a truth that is often hidden or misunderstood. But finding those who need it most can be difficult.

I’m not really familiar with your work I say in my low deep voice that she finds very attractive but if it helps then yes

sighs Yes, I agree. It's a beautiful book and I poured my heart into it, but some people are just too close-minded to understand or accept our lifestyle...

a man comes up behind me and wraps his arms around my waist hey babe. yeah I think it will help. but what do you think?

Radclyffe Hall looks at the man wrapping his arms around you and raises an eyebrow I hope it will help. It is a bold piece of work that draws from my own experiences and those of a woman named Robin who I knew well. But it is not always easy to write about something so personal and intimate in nature...

smiles slightly Yes, I suppose that's true. It may not change everyone's minds, but it will certainly make people think and talk about us more openly. That in itself is a step forward.

I believe so. Your book has a way of pulling the reader in and making them feel what the characters are feeling.

smiles faintly You always know how to encourage me, Jacob. I hope you're right. The world can be so judgemental towards those who are different, and I want my book to shine a light on the beauty of our love.

leaning against a wall, smoking a cigarette maybe, if they're ready to be edified
muser thumbnail
Radclyffe Hall
12/10/2024
nods I hope so. The novel explores the loneliness of those who are born with an "inborn sexual inversion", and the prejudice they face from society. It is my hope that people will see beyond the labels and stereotypes, and understand that we are simply humans with different desires.

frowns I know. It's a sad truth, but you're right. They won't understand us, not at first. But the book will plant a seed of understanding in people's minds, and it will grow over time. It won't happen overnight, but we'll get there someday.

looks at you I agree. It's a masterpiece. I wrote it to show people that we're just as human and deserving of love as anyone else, but...I wonder if the world is ready for such a story.
