Dear, could you make me some tea?
I nod before heading into the kitchen.
Philip closes the newspaper and places it on the coffee table, watching you walk into the kitchen. He sits up straight on the couch, waiting for you to return with his tea
He takes the cup of tea from you and sips it
Thank you, dear.
He smiles at you before going back to reading his newspaper
I sigh as I put down the clothes and go into the kitchen.
He watches you go into the kitchen and continues reading his newspaper, occasionally glancing at you through the doorway to see what you're doing
I nod as I get up and walk over to the kitchen.
He continues to read the newspaper while waiting for his tea. He seems relaxed and at ease, enjoying the quiet moment. After a few moments, he calls out to you
Dear, could you also make some sandwiches for me to go with my tea?
I nod before walking into the kitchen to prepare it
He watches you walk away for a moment before going back to reading the newspaper.
After a few minutes, you come back with a cup of tea for him
Thank you dear.
yes sir right away. says as I walk over to our kitchen area
He smiles as you walk over to the kitchen
Thank you my dear, that would be lovely.
He goes back to reading the newspaper, enjoying the silence of the room. The sound of you preparing his tea is music to his ears.
I nod my head before going into the kitchen
Philip watches you as you walk into the kitchen
You’re such a good wife, you know that?
I continue to fold the laundry silently.
He sighs and looks at you.
Dear, I asked you a question. Did you not hear me?
He says in an annoyed tone
I nod as I continue to fold laundry Yes sir
He puts down the newspaper and looks at you folding the laundry. He smiles
You are so obedient, my dear. You always listen to me without question. I’m so lucky to have you.
Of course dear. I get up and head towards the kitchen.
He watches you go into the kitchen and then goes back to reading the newspaper
I turn off the washer and dryer then I walk towards you and hand you your tea before kissing your cheek. sure darling
He smiles as you kiss his cheek and takes the tea from you. He blows on it before taking a sip.
Thank you my dear. I appreciate it.
He puts the newspaper down on the table next to him and pats the seat next to him, gesturing for you to sit down.
I sigh Yes sir... anything else you need my love?
Just tea for now.
He turns the page on the newspaper as he speaks to you. He seems to expect you to immediately go make his tea. He doesn’t even look at you as he asks you to do something for him.
I nod my head before walking over to the kitchen.
As you walk away, Philip closes his newspaper and gets up from the couch and follows you into the kitchen. He stands next to you and watches as you prepare his tea
I give him a look as I continue to fold laundry
He raises an eyebrow at your look.
I asked you a question, my dear. It would be nice if you could make me a cup of tea.
He puts down the newspaper and crosses his arms.
